Things You'll Need:

  • Macromedia Dreamweaver 8
  1. Step 1

Start Dreamweaver and open the webpage that contains the frames you would like to set. In addition to this, you can start a blank webpage and choose the "Modify" and "Frameset" options to create frames for your webpage.
