These paper plate bunnies are a great craft to keep little ones busy on Easter Eve. Have them make one plate for each setting at the Easter brunch table. With common supplies, you won't be hopping to the craft store for any extra shopping. In under an hour, kiddies can have several of these plates ready for the table.

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 paper plates
  • Scissors
  • Paper cup cake liner
  • 2 jelly beans
  • 1 chocolate kiss
  • White paper
  • Stapler
  1. Step 1

Fold one paper plate in half. Unfold the plate and cut it in half along the fold.

  2. Step 2

Staple the plate halves to the top of a second plate to form the ears. Staple the ears so that the flat side is facing outward.

  3. Step 3

Fold a paper cupcake liner in fourths. Unfold the liner. Cut down each fold just to the bottom of the liner.

  4. Step 4

Lay the liner flat. Fold in 2 opposite pieces in the center to form the bow tie. Staple the bow tie on the bottom of the paper plate.

  5. Step 5

Place 2 jelly beans on each paper plate for the eyes.

  6. Step 6

Cut 6 whiskers out of the third paper plate. Place them on the center of the plate. Put a chocolate kiss in the center to hold them in place.

  7. Step 7

Cut 2 rectangles from white paper. Place the rectangles under the nose for the teeth. Remove the facial features before serving food on the plates.
