1
Use scissors to cut six 7-inch petals from the white card stock. Cut 2 leaves from the green card stock that are 8-inches long. Fold each piece in half vertically.
-
2
Glue the bottoms of 3 petals together to make a base that is approximately 1/2-inch in diameter. Glue 3 more petals together in a slightly smaller circle.
-
-
3
Use an old toothbrush to lightly splatter paint on the petals. Set the petals aside for the paint and glue to thoroughly dry.
-
4
Slide each tri-bead onto the end of an 18-inch length of craft wire. Bend the tips to secure the beads.
-
5
Slide all 3 wires through a wooden bead. Glue the bead in place 2 inches below the tri-beads.
-
6
Slide the narrower set of petals on the craft wire followed by the wider set. Offset the petals. Glue the petals to the wood bead and let the bond dry.
-
7
Wrap floral tape around the bottom of the petals several times to secure them. Continue to wrap the wire with the floral tape, inserting the leaves about one-third of the way down. Roll the petals around a large marker to curl them under.

Would be helpful to see the shape the petals should be and a photo of the finished product. Anyone have any? -
