How to Change Form Properties in Access 2007
Form properties in Access 2007 determine a form's characteristics. The controls and sections on a form also have properties that determine the appearance, behavior and structure of that control and the data it contains. Form properties may be set with the property sheet. The following steps will show how to accomplish this in Access 2007.

Start Access 2007 and open a database with a form already defined. Select the "Form" window for the form for which you wish to change the properties and click on the "View" item in the main menu bar. Select "Design View" if it is not already active.

Click on the title bar of the form with the left mouse button and click on the right mouse button to bring up the form's shortcut menu. Select the "Properties" line item on the shortcut menu to bring up the property sheet. You also may display the property sheet by selecting the "Properties" icon in the toolbar.

Choose "Form" from the drop-down list at the top of the property sheet if it is not already selected. The "Form" property sheet should now be displayed.

Select the property box for which you would like to change the setting. If a downward pointing arrow appears in the property box, you may click on it to display a drop-down box of predefined settings. You also may enter the desired expression or setting directly into the property box.

Press the "Build" button if it appears to display a builder to adjust settings for properties such as codes, macros and queries.
