Step 1
Place the blinds before the hand starts. The player to the dealer's left should place the small blind and the player to that person's left should place the big blind.
-
Step 2
Deal three cards face down to each player. These are the players' hole cards. Each player should look at his hole cards and evaluate the strength of his hand.
-
Step 3
Begin a round of betting. The player to the left of the player who posted the big blind is the first to act. She should choose to check or place a bet. Betting continues around the table until everyone who is still in the hand has placed the same amount into the pot.
-
Step 4
Lay down the flop. The flop consists of three community cards that are dealt face up in the middle of the table. Conduct another round of betting until all players still in the hand have committed the same amount to the pot.
-
Step 5
Discard a hole card. At this point in the game, all players still in the hands should discard one of her hole cards. Then play continues for the rest of the game just like Texas Hold 'Em.
-
Step 6
Win a hand in Crazy Pineapple poker the same way you win in Texas Hold 'Em--have the best five-card poker hand using any combination of your two hole cards and the five community cards.
