Don't let people get to you. If you want to be cool, you have to learn that it's impossible to make everyone happy all the time. So, just be yourself and try not to stress out when things don't go your way. Everyone doesn't have to be your friend, and you don't need them to be.
-
4
Be confident. The people who appear cool are those who feel confident about themselves. Believe in yourself, and others will too.
-
5
Pick your friends wisely. Don't waste your time with people you don't really like. Instead, pick friends that you really connect with. This will up your cool factor considerably when you aren't spending all your time trying to please others or trick them into liking you.
-
6
Laugh at yourself. It's an essential trait of someone who's really cool.
