Facebook is a social networking website that allows you to keep track of your friends, no matter where they happen to be. One of the best ways to stay connected is to post and keep up-to-date contact information on your Facebook profile so your friends and family can always find you. Edit your contact information in just a few steps.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Log into your account on the Facebook home page. If you don't have a Facebook account, you can sign up for one for free on their home page.

  2. Step 2

Click on the "Edit" link, which is in regular font, next to the profile tab on the top of your personal Facebook home page beside the 4 bold tabs across the top of the screen--Profile, Friends, Networks and Inbox.

  3. Step 3

Locate the "Contact" link. You will see your basic information listed. Across the top there are 7 tabs. Click on the "Contact" tab.

  4. Step 4

Enter any and all contact information that you wish to be listed on your Facebook profile. Categories range from phone number, IM screen name, address, email address and website. If you don't wish to have certain contact information listed, skip that field and it will not appear in your profile.

  5. Step 5

Save your work. Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the screen. You have now edited your contact information.
