How to Create a Group on Facebook
Connect with people who have similar interests by joining a group on Facebook. The website offers groups for just about everything: special interests, music, movies, sports, charities and many more. If you can't find the one that you want, creating a group on Facebook is easy.

Log in at the Facebook home page to your account. If you don't have a Facebook account, you can create one for free.

Click on "Groups" underneath the "Applications" menu on the left side of your personal home page.

Browse through the list page. A list will be displayed with all of the groups to which you belong. At the top of the list, on the right side, click on the "Create New Group" button.

Enter group information. Many fields will be displayed, some required and some not, where you must fill out information about the group. Fill out the information and click on "Create Group" at the bottom of the page.

Add a picture. It isn't mandatory to have a group picture or logo for your group. However, if you wish to add a picture, click "Browse" and choose the picture on your hard drive that you wish to use. Then click "Add Picture."

Invite members. A list of all your Facebook friends will be displayed. Check the friends that you wish to invite and click "Invite Friends."

Finish and save. Your group is now created. If this group is open to the public, anyone on Facebook will be able to join.

Tips & Warnings
When filling out the group information, double-check your group name. You will not be allowed to change it once the group is created.

It won't let you create a group without adding people during process, vs inviting people individually. That sucks.
