How to Use AIM Bots

AIM Bots are robotic AIM users that you can add to your buddy list. You can converse with them like you do with normal users and they will reply back with valuable information. There are AIM Bots that will give you movie times, weather information, or even play trivia games with you. They are always online and always ready to chat with you. It doesn't take long to get started using AIM Bots; you can be conversing with one in just minutes.

Instructions

1. Do an internet search for AIM Bots. Find an AIM Bot that you would like to use and write down the screen name.

2. Add the AIM Bot to your buddy list. Adding an AIM Bot is the same as adding any other new buddy. You can put the AIM Bot under any group you'd like as well.

3. Click on the AIM Bot's name to send it an instant message when you see it online. Type anything into the message window and hit enter. It doesn't matter what you say; the AIM Bot will reply instantly with further instructions.

4. Converse with the AIM Bot by entering keywords as instructed. Depending on what the AIM Bot is designed to do, it may give you a menu with information you can request, answer questions, or give you links to click on.

5. Use the AIM Bot whenever you need to as the AIM Bot will likely always be signed on to AIM and will always reply instantly.
