Step 1
Use latex condoms for most sexual activities to prevent sexually transmitted diseases. Latex condoms are proven to be the best way to keep yourself safe from diseases during sex. If one of the partners is allergic to latex, use plastic condoms.
-
Step 2
Use a contraceptive pill if you're concerned about pregnancy at all. It is possible for some senior women to be fertile. If that is a concern at all, obtain a prescription for the pill from your doctor, and take the pill daily.
-
Step 3
Use a cap or diaphragm for women. This is an alternative to condoms for senior couples. Secure the cap or diaphragm properly, as you don't want to leave any possibility that fluids can be transferred from one person to the other.
-
Step 4
Use a female condom. Female condoms have tiny rings around them. The closed end is inserted into the top of the vagina, and the open end is left on the top of the vagina. Using the female condom is a good way to prevent transmissions of sexually transmitted diseases.

Step 5
Withdraw the **** before any precum or cum is ejaculated. The withdrawal method is not the safest form of contraception for seniors. You would have to very much trust that your partner is going to withdraw before orgasm and even then there's still a chance of infection if your partner precums.
