Many people associates a great orgasm with screaming and contortions. But you can actually increase the intensity of your pleasure by lowering the decibel and maintaining a modicum of control.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Plan to be quiet when you orgasm. Tell yourself that you won't make a sound, but will instead concentrate on the sensation of the orgasm from start to finish. Practice this while you masturbate, and then try it with a partner.

  2. Step 2

Hold your breath when you know that you are about to come. Don't open your mouth, but slowly let your breath out through your nose. Continue breathing through your nose or through slightly parted lips with a bit of a hissing sound.

  3. Step 3

Concentrate on your body. By putting all your focus on the internal physicality of your body, you can actually experience a stronger orgasm since you won't be releasing some of it to the atmosphere with your utterances.

  4. Step 4

Squeeze your partner or a pillow if you must have some way to let out the surge that runs through you during orgasm. Bite down on the pillow or blanket if you feel like you can't restrain yourelf otherwise.
