Step 1
Pick a subject for the educational games. The most popular subjects include math, spelling, history and science. However, virtually any topic has a corresponding educational PC game. The best way to pick a subject is to see what subject your child struggles with the most. For example, if your child has problems with math, go with an educational PC game that involves math.

Step 2
Go to the Fun Brain website (see Resources below) where you can find links to various educational PC games. Once on the home page of the website, click on the "All Games" link on the top navigational banner. The subsequent page will show a listing of all the educational games on the Fun Brain website.

Step 3
Visit the Primary Games website (see Resources below). On this site, you can find educational PC games on virtually all subjects. Simply click on the "Game" link near the top of the home page and skim through their dozens of games until you find one that fits your needs.

Step 4
Help your child with the game. At first, an educational game may be too difficult for your child to understand. It's important to help your children early on while they get the hang of it.
