How to Make an Iced Caramel Macchiato

Coffee is no longer a drink for the masses. It has reached a point where you almost can't get a regular plain cup of coffee anymore. Espresso is the purest most concentrated form of the bean and the variety of different ways it comes is as varied as a bartender's book of recipes. One that is especially flavorful is an Iced Caramel Macchiato.
