Incessant talking on one's cell phone breaches the unspoken rules of social etiquette. Yet, many people seem oblivious to these unspoken rules of simple consideration! The inconsiderate cell phone user actually gives up responsibility for themselves while 'they are on the phone!' This makes everyone around them doubly responsible for essentially 'taking care of them' while they are on the phone! And that is the sticking point. We all have too much responsibility for ourselves, and our loved ones without taking on the duty of an inconsiderate cell phone user! Incessant cell phone talking bothers others because it makes other people acutely responsible for the cell phone users forthcoming or lack there of action(s). An example, when another driver notices the driver in front of them is on their cell phone, the non-cell phone driver will become agitated because not only do they have to normally monitor their driving, but also the cell phone user who by not paying full attention, increases the (already prevalent) potential for an accident or something to go seriously wrong.
