Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate
Step1
Eat breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it provides you with brain power and strength for the start of each day. Try having fruits, yogurts, grains or cereals to get you started.
Step2
Make sure you have little snacks in between meals if you have any cravings. Keep cut up celery or carrots on hand so you can always take a bite when hungry. These snacks will keep you from eating full fat and sugar products.
Step3
Make a satisfying lunch with some protein or carbohydrates to give you some energy for the rest of the day. If you prefer something lighter ,you can have a large salad with protein added such as nuts or eggs. It is better to have a bigger lunch than a dinner, so you have time to digest your food.
Step4
Drink a lot of water during the day. Doctors often recommend drinking 8 large glasses of water each day. The water that you drink will fill the gaps when you begin to crave junk food or high sugar food items.
Step5
Make a light dinner. You can have salad and fish, or possibly a light soup or stew with vegetables. If you eat large portions late in the evening, then it might be harder for you to digest. Try to eat before 7pm at night to allow time for digestion before bed time.
