Step 1
Open a blank presentation in any graphics presentation software. Click inside the title placeholder. Type the title, "Photosynthesis" and center it at the top.

Step 2
Select the Clip Art icon on the drawing tool bar. Choose the best clip for the sun, clouds, tree, grass and sky. Position the clip art so that the document resembles a diagram showing clouds in the sky with a sun next to the clouds. The grass sits at the bottom with the tree positioned on top.

Step 3
Choose a curved arrow from the drawing tool bar. Drop the first curved arrow on the clip of the sun. Duplicate the curved arrow four times.

Step 4
Return to the drawing tool bar. Choose the Text Box icon. Drag the cursor to the document and drop it under the first curved arrow beneath the sun. Duplicate the text box five times.

Step 5
Position the first curved arrow so that it points downward from the sun to the tree. Put a text box next to it and type, "sunlight energy." Place a second curved arrow so that it points upward from the middle right of the tree towards the sky. Add two text boxes near this arrow reading "chlorophyll in leaves" and "Oxygen is released by the plant."

Step 6
Drag a curved arrow to the bottom left of the tree pointing to the right and label it, "carbon dioxide." Put a curved arrow at the bottom right of the tree, pointing to the right and labeled, "glucose is formed." Finish with the last curved arrow on the grass, pointing to the right and labeled, "water and nutrients."
