Bondage play can be an exciting way to spice up your sex life. Depending on your fantasies, you can become a submissive captive or domineering boss. Begin to explore your BDSM tendencies by reading the steps below.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Perfect your frogtie bondage by learning the technique before trying it on your partner. See the link section below for several websites offering instruction on knot rope bondage technique.
Step2
Go through your bondage supplies and have them easily accessible. Have plenty of rope (around six lengths separated and varying in length from 2 to 6 feet), along with any other accessories agreed on by your lover.
Step3
Agree on a safe word before taking part in any bondage play. A safe word is a phrase spoken by your lover alerting you to their distress. Once the phrase has been spoken, untie your lover immediately from his bondage.
Step4
Lie your lover on her back and have her bring her wrists to her ankles. Tie each wrist to the corresponding ankle by wrapping plenty of rope around it fairly loosely (so as to not cut off the blood flow).
Step5
Continue to frogtie your lover by crossing the ends of your rope with one going down and over while the other end goes up. Next, wrap the ends vertically between the wrist and ankle. Finish the binding with a square knot. See resources below for a more elaborate description of this technique.
Step6
Tease your lover to his heart's content. While the frogtie isn't a very stringent bondage position, having your lover's arms and legs tied together will leave him happily helpless.

Tips & Warnings

  • Never leave a bound partner unattended.
  • To avoid injuries, limit your bondage sessions to 30 minutes.
  • Always keep a pair of sturdy scissors handy in case your lover needs a quick escape from her bonds.
