Difficulty: Moderately Easy
The Box Harness
Step1
Begin by taking your rope at its center point and draping it over one shoulder of your sub.
Step2
Bring one end (front) of the rope between the captive's legs, then twist it together with the other (back) behind your partner, "elbowing" the first corner of your square.
Step3
Wrap the back end and pass it around your lover's torso, elbowing both ends together to create the second corner of your square harness.
Step4
Take the back end of the rope and pass it over the shoulder and up between you partner's legs, elbowing your ends together to form the third corner of your box square harness.
Step5
Finish by bringing both ends to the opposite side of your captive's torso and connecting them with a square knot.
The Yolk Harness
Step1
Fold a large length of rope (around 12 feet) in half. While holding the folded end, wrap the strands of your rope around the subject's upper torso (above the breasts) and pass them through the folded end.
Step2
Pull the strands back in the opposite direction. The rope should pull against the folded (or looped) end and tighten.
Step3
Wrap the rope several times above then below the breasts before passing it once again through the loop end (or lark's head).
Step4
Pass the rope over the front shoulder of your lover's (left or right) arm, running the rope under the armpit then across the back of their shoulders before repeating the pattern with the other arm.
Step5
Finish by wrapping the ends together horizontally around the ropes running across your lover's back before tying them together in a square knot.
