    Things You'll Need

    • Fresh dried chamomile or chamomile tea
    • Medium bowl
    • Powdered milk
    • Vanilla essential oil
    • Liquid castile soap (unscented)
    • Clean plastic bottle with tight fitting lid

        Boil 1/2 cup of water and remove from it from the heat. Add 1/2 cup of fresh dried chamomile or five chamomile tea bags to the water. Cover the pot with a tight fitting lid and allow the chamomile to steep for at least 20 minutes before straining the herbs.

        Put the chamomile water in a medium bowl and add 4 cups of powdered milk. Milk is naturally high in lactic acid, which soothes and softens skin while refining pores and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
