The Kama Sutra, the infamous book of sex and sexual positions, was written by an Indian sage in the second century, and millions continue enjoying its wisdom-filled pages to this day. Apadravyas position is not really sex at all, rather a technique for a man to improve his abilities to pleasure his wife by increasing and maintaining his size. Not for the faint of heart, this Kama Sutra technique can keep both sexual partners pleased for years to come. Read on to learn how to have sex with Kama Sutra apadravyas.

  • Sweet oil (such as: almond or orange blossom)
  • Penis ring
  • Mint ointment
  • Barleria leaves
  1. Step 1

    Perform apadravyas after sex, the more vigorous the sex play the more effective apadravyas. Rub your lingam (penis) with a sweet oil, such as almond oil or orange blossom essential oil, until it begins to swell.

  2. Step 2

    Place your lingam through a hole and sleep through the night on your stomach. The original Kama Sutra mentions holes such as a hole in your bed or an ivory ring. However, with today's sex toy technology, there are a variety of slings, rings and pullies that you can use as a proper hole.

  3. Step 3
