In the second century an Indian sage named Vatsyana wrote a famous book on sex and sexual technique known as the Kama Sutra. While many of the sexual positions in his 64 chapter book are easy and can be performed upon soft beds, the knee-elbow position and its variations are for masters of the Kama Sutra. For those who like a challenge, these somewhat hazardous positions may heighten your pleasure with danger and a bit of discomfort. Read on to learn how to have sex in the Kama Sutra knee-elbow position.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Work your way slowly to the knee-elbow position, beginning first with the "Palm" or "Tala." Stand with your back firmly against the wall, your hands resting on your lover's masculine shoulders. Bring your foot up, bending your leg at the knee, and allow your lover to grasp your heel in his palm as he pushes his lingam (penis) into your yoni (vagina).

  2. Step 2

Reverse positions, your lover leaning himself into the wall, grasp his strong sexy shoulders firmly, wrapping your arms around his neck. Place your heels in both of his palms and slide your yoni down over his lingam. His strong arms lift you up and down as you press into his palms in this "Dvitala" or "Two Palms" position.

  3. Step 3

Allow your lover to release your heals, carefully passing his elbows under your knees and grasping your buttocks firmly. Hang from his neck as he caresses your yoni with his strong lingam in the full "Jamukurpara" or knee-elbow position.

  4. Step 4

Finish the knee-elbow techniques with "Kirti" or "Fame" by gripping his hips with your knees as he holds you up by the buttocks. Press your feet firmly against the wall behind him so he may have the best leverage to continue in the dangerous and daring sexual congress of the Kama Sutra knee-elbow variations.
