Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Sit facing your lover in bed, placing your legs over his and around his waist, while gently placing his lingam (penis) inside your yoni (vagina).

  2. Step 2

Press your breasts against his chest, both of you locking ankles around each other's waist. Hold each other's wrists while leaning backwards, and begin to swing. Continue the sexual congress of the forward facing swing position of the Kama Sutra.

  3. Step 3

Reverse the swing position, having your lover lay flat upon the bed. Sit on top of you lover's lingam with your back to him, as he slightly lifts his abdomen. He can support his back and buttocks with his hands, if necessary, or he may grip your hips and help you swing in sexual ecstasy.

  4. Step 4

Lift your knees so that you feel rest flat and firm on the bed. Grasp his hips for leverage and swing back and forth, swinging faster into bliss.

Tips & Warnings

  • Men, don't forget the importance of the sexual prelude of the Kama Sutra. You must put your lust aside to ensure the sexual pleasure of your mistress. The Kama Sutra states that the lover's objective and duty is to discover and explore all of the parts of his mistress's body, and she shall return the caresses wholeheartedly. Kama Sutra masters know to begin with the preliminaries, the prelude to the Kama Sutra.
