How to Add Text to a Graphic in FrontPage
Graphics can be a great addition to your website. You may find that you want to make some changes to make the graphics stand out more and be more meaningful. One way to do this is by adding text to your graphics. It's a very simple process that only takes a few steps to complete. Just follow the directions below.

Start Microsoft FrontPage and open an existing document that contains a graphic that you would like to add text to in order to enhance the image.

Click the "Design" button at the bottom of the screen to change to FrontPage Design view, if needed.

Select the graphic with your mouse by clicking on it.

Choose the "Text" button on the "Pictures" toolbar. This button looks like a capital "A." If you see a warning at this point that lets you know that the picture needs to be converted to a GIF, press the "OK" button.

Use your keyboard to type the text that you want to appear on your graphic.

Resize the text box by dragging the handles to make the box smaller or larger, or move the box by dragging the border of the box to where you want it.

Make selections from the "Format" menu to change the formatting and font of the text, if you would like to change it.

You can add an image in Microsoft FrontPage by choosing the "Insert" menu, pointing to "Picture" and choosing a method of inserting the image into your document.
If you don't see your "Pictures" toolbar, choose the "View" menu, point to "Toolbars" and choose "Pictures."
