2. Look for the man who's the center of attention. The charismatic personality of an alpha male causes people to gravitate towards him.

3. Watch for the person who takes charge. Alpha males take charge naturally. They are at ease with their leadership ability. They to know what to do in times of crisis, and their confidence and charm inspire people to follow and obey. They don't choke in tough situations.

4. Take notice of the man that is using persuasion and not aggression. Alpha males don't always have to be aggressive. Their assertive, charismatic personality draws people to them without the need for a hard sell or aggressive tactics.
