Plan ahead. Visits to the Crayola Factory are available on a first come, first served basis. Advanced reservations are strongly recommended during July, August, Thanksgiving Weekend, Winter Break and Spring Break. You can reserve tickets online at the website for the Crayola Factory or by calling (610) 515-8000 and pressing option 2. The days and hours of operation vary depending on the time of year, so you want to check the calendar of events on the website for special events and closings.
-
2
Allow yourself enough time to explore. Most visits to the Crayola Factory last two to three hours. Cameras and video recorders are allowed and you want enough time to stage photos of your group. You can leave the Crayola Factory and return for free the same day as long as you keep your entrance wristband. This is especially helpful if you want to stop for lunch before finishing your visit.
