How to Host a Jafra Party

Hosting a Jafra party is a great excuse to gather your friends, get ridiculously girly for a night and possibly earn some free stuff at the same time. Jafra parties are easy and fun, and can be tailored to suit your needs easily if you work closely with your consultant. Consider making some Friday night "girls night" and get pampered with fancy products.

Instructions

1. Talk to your consultant and make a list of friends you'd like to invite. Think about where in your house the party will mostly take place, the time of day, the tone and any theme you will have for your party.

2. Spend some time putting together fun invites for your gal pals. Then work on some girlie favors-- maybe some nail care items like a fun file or buffer and toe separators rolled in pretty colored washcloths tied with ribbon. Make shower puff clusters tied up like a bouquets of flowers. Or decorate inexpensive flip-flops with fun flowers and give everyone a pair for pedicures. When in doubt, go with chocolate or other candies.

3. Schedule your party either in the later evening, mid-afternoon or mid-morning. This way you won't be expected to provide a full meal. Instead, make it easy. For evening, serve wines, cheese, crackers and such. Afternoons, serve light snacks and goodies, and in the morning offer scones or bagels with coffee and tea.

4. Host an online party if you don't feel like cleaning the house for guests. A virtual party certainly limits your socializing time but requires little effort on your part and you reap the hostess rewards just the same.

5. Do good. Host a Jafra party as a fund raising event. Raise money for your favorite cause, your church or your children's school. Your local consultant can help you with the details.

Tips & Warnings

• Let Jafra help when you have a birthday party to plan for your teenage daughter. Young teens love being pampered and trying everything, while older teens might appreciate getting tips and learning about a quality product. Be sure you communicate to all the parents of the invited kids what Jafra is and that they want to bring some spending money if they choose to place an order. Also, warn the Jafra representative before she walks into a room of squealing 13 year-olds.
