1
Feel around the top of your chest for your collar bone. Right below it should be a shallow dent between it and your pectoral muscle. This is one of the spots people commonly use to hold the ball during the shoulder stall.
-
2
Pick the ball up and place it in the dent under your collar bone. Lean back a bit and try to balance it there without holding it down.

3
Toss the ball into the air with one hand and use the other to keep it steady as you catch it on your shoulder. The key for catching the ball is to cushion its fall by moving your shoulder back as it drops.
-
4
Toss the ball into the air, again, and catch it with your shoulder, but don't use either of your hands to help keep it steady.
-
5
Juggle the ball with your feet or knees and then stall it on your shoulder. Once the ball is steady, pop it into the air and continue juggling.

Tips & Warnings
You can also try stalling the ball in the groove above your collar bone instead of the one below it.
For a real challenge. try stalling the ball on the very top of your shoulder. To make this easier, you can hold it in place with the side of your head.
