How to Become a Mind Control Expert
Most people think of mind control as being brainwashed. This is definitely mind control. The scope of this article is how to positively control your own mind to make your life richer and fuller. Set aside a period of 15 minutes every day to develop mind control. Realize it takes time to become an expert. Be patient with yourself.

Spend the first day just watching your thoughts. Just note them. Realize how scattered the mind really is even if you thought you were "in control."

Calm the mind during your session each day by focusing on only one item. This can be the breath. Just watch the breath go in and out; don't allow the mind to wander. When it does bring it back to the breath. Do this for a week.

Pick a word or phrase that has meaning to you, and repeat this word or phrase over and over for the 15-minute session. If it does bring it back to this word or phrase. At first, the mind may wander a lot. However, that subsides as time goes on.

Reprogram your mind by using words and phrases of your choice. For example, if your goal is to lose weight, your phrase could be "I will lose 20 pounds by January 1 next year" or, "I won't get angry when the kids whine." Be very specific when programming your mind.

See the results and build on them. Proceed to the next goal, pick your specific phrase and use it in your session each day.

Become a mind control expert in time. This is an ongoing process. Don't quit if you don't see immediate results. As you continue, you will see results happen faster and faster as you train your mind and gain control.
