Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Vending machines
  • Energy bars
  1. Step 1

Look up suppliers of energy bars and inquire about the products they offer to sell for vending machines.

  2. Step 2

Compare prices and selection. Also research which bars sell best in other markets such as grocery and healthy food stores.

  3. Step 3

Check your vending machine for size limitations. Some machines only accept items that measure so many inches long or wide. Make sure the energy bars you want to purchase can fit in your vending machines.

  4. Step 4

Ask for free samples, if possible. Give these to patrons of your machines and request feedback from your customers. Ask friends and family members for their frank opinions as well.

  5. Step 5

Purchase a small amount to start. Load the energy bars into the vending machines and see which ones sell the best.

  6. Step 6

Continue to buy the energy bars that sell best in larger quantities. Discontinue or limit the flavors that don't sell well. Try new flavors as they become available.
