1
Send out invitations to your Super Bowl party complete with RSVPs. Girls love this touch. Find football-themed invitations at stores or online. If you don't find anything there make your own. Get creative and you'll get more guests.

2
Go crazy with the decorations for your party. Wait to buy them until you know who'll be facing off in the Super Bowl. Then get to the store quickly and stock up on streamers, miniature footballs, pom-poms and anything else you find.

3
Prepare lots of food. Finger foods work best since everyone will be eating in front of the television. Look at your RSVPs and prepare more food than you think you'll need. Eat off plastic or paper plates and use plastic utensils. This will save you lots of clean up time.
-
4
Give your guests some alcohol. Beer is always a good compliment to a football game but have a few stiff drinks ready. Wine would also work if the girls at your Super Bowl party enjoy it.
-
5
Play some games. Trivia is a good icebreaker so all your friends and family can get to know each other. Plus it will keep everyone occupied before the game starts.

Tips & Warnings
If you have a favorite team, decorate in that team's colors. If not, a fun way to stoke the rivalry is to decorate in both colors: one set on the right half of the room and the other on the left. Put a line of tape down the middle of the room to separate the fans.
If you have tons of food leftover keep what you want and send the rest home with your friends. It will be a nice thank you for coming to the party and you won't have to worry about having it sitting around the house.
Don't let your friends get too drunk unless they have arranged for a ride home. You don't want to be responsible for getting everyone home safely.
Don't let your trivia games overshadow the Super Bowl. The football game is the centerpiece of any party and your guests will be mad if they can't actually watch the game. Consider having a separate room set up for those girls who aren't interested in the game-there they can talk without distracting those girls watching the game.
