Step 1
Use twist ties that come with garbage bags to bundle the cords. Tie each cord separately to make it easier to change out a piece of hardware if you need to. Get a bigger twist tie and tie all the bundles together to make one big bundle, which you can move out of the way.

Step 2
Screw cup hooks under the work surface of your desk. Hang the computer cords from the hook. Tie each cord as tightly as you can. They will be up off the floor and unseen unless you crawl under the desk.
-
Step 3
Get a roll of big Velcro, which can be purchased pretty cheaply at most fabric stores. Stick one end of the Velcro to the back of your desk and wrap the other side around each cord. You can spread them around to hide the tangle of computer cords and to create an interesting piece of art on the back of the desk.

Step 4
Make or purchase a wire basket big enough to fit a power cord. Attach the basket to the underside of the desk, preferably behind the drawers or in the back of your knee space. Lay the power strip in the basket, then plug in each cord, winding it up and tying it off with twisty ties before laying it in the basket with the power strip.
