How to Retrieve a Lost MindSay Password

It is always frustrating to try to log in to an account when you have forgotten a password. Retrieving a password in MindSay is simple. Complete the search for your password in just a few minutes. The MindSay website makes it easy to retrieve your MindSay password. Read on to learn how to retrieve a lost MindSay password.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Go to the MindSay webpage.

  2. Step 2

    Click "Login" on the toolbar at the top of the MindSay page. A small window appears in the middle of your screen.

  3. Step 3

    Click the "Cancel" button in the window. This opens the "Create an Account" page. At the top of this page, notice two links. One reads "Try to Log in Again" and the other reads "Lost Your Password."

  4. Step 4

    Click the "Lost Your Password" link to open up the Lost Password page.

  5. Step 5

    Enter your MindSay user name or the email address you used to create your MindSay account into the box provided. Click "Send My Password." MindSay now sends you an email with your lost password.

  6. Step 6

    Open your email program and check for new emails. Open the MindSay email and retrieve your password. Now return to the MindSay home page. Click "Log In," enter your user names and password. Once given access to your account, continue to view and update your MindSay account.

Tips & Warnings
  • To update your password, click "My Account" in the Quick Links section of MindSay. Input your old password and proceed to create a new one. Your password is automatically changed when this process is finished.
