How to Use Eudora VoIP

Eudora VoIP is an email service with voice communication abilities. If you have a VoIP phone service such as Vonage you can download this email and voice contact service to be able to talk to friends and family over the computer with just a click of the mouse. Follow these steps to use Eudora VoIP to drop in and communicate instantly with friends, family and co-workers.

Things You'll Need:

  • VoIP phone service such as Vonage
  • Speakers
  • Microphone
  1. Step 1

    Subscribe to a VoIP phone service such as Vonage. This is a phone service that operates on your high speed Internet service.

  2. Step 2

    Log on to the Eudora website and download the sponsored mode of Eudora. Choose whether you use a Windows or MacOS. Click on "Eudora Setup."

  3. Step 3

    Download Eudora's voice contact program. You can find this program on the Eudora website.

  4. Step 4

    Send an email to your friends inviting them to use Eudora for their email service. If they have Eudora then you will be able to chat with them just by clicking on your send email button.

  5. Step 5

    Check if your friends or coworkers are online by glancing at your email or contact list. If they are available, click on their name or signature and you will be instantly chatting with them.

Tips & Warnings
  • Eudora's VoIP program is not available with the light version. To check what version you are running click on "Help" and "About Eudora." Upgrade to the sponsored version of Eudora if you are running the light version
