Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Find contact information for the Krav Maga regional training center near you, by visiting the official Krav Maga website or by calling the Krav Maga National Training Center located in Los Angeles at (310) 966-1300. The official website offers phone numbers, website addresses and email addresses for regional centers across the United States.

  2. Step 2

Call or email the Krav Maga regional center near you to ask which training programs, classes, seminars or workshops might be right for your skill level.

  3. Step 3

Ask the representative at your local regional center about the scheduled days and times of classes that offer the particular Krav Maga techniques that interest you. Jot down information for the classes that fit your skill level, schedule and interests.

  4. Step 4

Decide on a budget for your Krav Maga training. Then, ask your local Krav Maga representative about the cost of the classes that interest you, and about the type and cost of the clothing you will need.

  5. Step 5

Get contact information for the instructor of a class that fits your skill level and schedule, and contact the instructor to ask if you may observe a current class the instructor is teaching. Do this before you sign up, to help you decide if the skill level and instructor will be a good fit for you.

  6. Step 6

Visit other classes until you find one that meets your needs, especially if you feel uncomfortable with either the instructor or the skill level of the first class you observe. Sign up and start training in Krav Maga techniques.
