3. Attend the car show and look at all the microcars and the various styles. There may be a specific area in which the microcars are for sale. Look for sale signs on the cars being displayed.
4. Make an offer on a microcar that captures your interest. Offer a lower amount than they are asking for. Most sellers are willing to negotiate.
5. Have the car inspected by a mechanic before paying for it. You need to make sure the car is in good condition before you purchase it. Used cars are sold in "as-is" condition unless otherwise stated.
6. Write up a bill of sale. Transfer the title into your name.
