A microcar is an extremely little car that is usually shorter than 3 meters. Some microcars are small enough to lift by hand if you are trying to park in a tight spot. These cars were originally designed to save money on fuel and material. Microcars are also available in electric models. Follow these steps to buy a microcar at car show.

Difficulty: Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Set aside the amount of money you expect to spend before attending the car show. Do a little research to see how much the microcars are going for before attending the car show.

  2. Step 2

Log on to the Microcar website to learn when and where the next car show is being held. Click on "Meets" at the top of the page for the calendar of events.

  3. Step 3

Attend the car show and look at all the microcars and the various styles. There may be a specific area in which the microcars are for sale. Look for sale signs on the cars being displayed.

  4. Step 4

Make an offer on a microcar that captures your interest. Offer a lower amount than they are asking for. Most sellers are willing to negotiate.

  5. Step 5

Have the car inspected by a mechanic before paying for it. You need to make sure the car is in good condition before you purchase it. Used cars are sold in "as-is" condition unless otherwise stated.

  6. Step 6

Write up a bill of sale. Transfer the title into your name.

Tips & Warnings
  • Never let the seller know how much money you have brought with you when you're negotiating on the purchase price of a microcar.
