How to Make an Egg McMuffin

Love McDonald's Egg McMuffin? My husband does but he loves my home-made version even more!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• Egg
• Egg Poacher
• English Muffin
• Bleu Cheese Dressing
• Sausace Patty or Bacon

1. Add a little water to a pan, place egg poacher in pan.
2. Once water is boiling, add egg to poaching cup.
3. Poach egg.
4. In another pan, cook a sausage patty or a strip of bacon.
5. Meanwhie, split an english muffin in half and toast each side in toaster.
6. When english muffin is toasted to desired amount, put on plate and add Blue Cheese dressing to bottom of english muffin.
7. Then add cooked sausage patty or bacon strip (cut in hald and place two halves side by side).
8. Place the poached egg on top of the bacon.
9. Top with the top half of the English Muffin.
10. Serve with Orange Juice and enjoy!

Tips & Warnings

• The sausage patty/bacon is optional.
• If you do not like blue cheese, you can use a slice of cheddar cheese or your faveorite.
• You can have for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
• Don't over-cook the egg.
