  1. Treat Asthma With Warm Garlic Milk

      Peel 10 cloves of garlic.

      Add the garlic to 1/4 cup of milk.

      Heat the mixture to a boil.

      Strain the garlic from the milk.

      Allow milk to cool until it's comfortable to drink.

      Drink the warm garlic milk at the outset of an asthma attack to treat discomfort.

    Use Garlic With Ginger Tea

      Brew a cup of hot ginger tea.

      Mince 5 garlic cloves and add them to the tea.

    Treat Asthma With a Mexican Garlic Remedy

      Peel 3 full heads of garlic and add them to the pot.

      Add 1 stick of cinnamon, 1 halved lime, 1/2 of a purple onion, 1 tbsp. of honey and 2 tbsp. of ground thyme leaves.

      Drink while hot or warm. Sweeten the remedy with extra honey to taste.

    Use Garlic With Horseradish and Honey
