3. Take up to half a tsp. of cat's claw tincture 2 or 3 times per day, depending on the severity of your arthritis symptoms. If you prefer to use it in capsule form, take a 100 mg tablet once per day.

4. Relieve the knee pain associated with osteoarthritis by using cat's claw. Studies have been conducted that suggest cat's claw alleviates knee pain without side effects.
