Dirt and kids go together like peanut butter and jelly. Make it chocolate "dirt" and you'll have happy kids on your hands. Dirt cup treats require just a few sweet ingredients and no cooking. Things You'll Need

  • 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies
  • Plastic bag
  • Mallet or pan
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 container frozen whipped topping\
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • Gummy worms
  • Clear plastic cups

Instructions

    • 1

      Place cookies in a sealed plastic bag and crush them with a mallet or pan.

      Place a thick layer of crushed cookies in the bottom of each plastic cup. Set aside the remaining cookies.

      Mix the pudding as directed on the box. Fold the whipped topping into the pudding.

      Spoon the pudding mix into the cups until they are half full. Top that with the remaining crushed cookies.

      Top each cup with a few gummy worms or other candies that your children like.

Tips & Warnings

  • Allow small kids to help you crush the cookies and add the candies. Older kids can mix and layer the ingredients.
