There are many diets and recommendations how to lose weight. Every person responds to a different way to each diet. If you want to lose weight you don't only have to observe your food habits, but to become more active outdoors. Try to avoid the habit to sit on the coach in front of the TV or in front of the computer. The hardest thing is to turn your desire to go out and be active into a habit. And it is worth it. When you go outside, you feel much better than sitting at home all your free time. I offer you diet based on the divided feeding and Tibetians teachings.

  1. Step 1

    It is important to make your own schedule: you may eat one boiled egg and fruits for breakfast. Go out for a walk. Start with slow pace and continue with faster and faster speed.

  2. Step 2

    Your lunch may contain some bread with vegetables. Don't add anything else to your lunch, but glass of water. Take a short walk after your lunch: as long as you can afford.

  3. Step 3

    Your dinner might be vegetables with juice or nuts: for example walnuts, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, etc. You may drink as much water as you want. Go out for a walk. Speed up as much as possible, but don't exhaust your body quickly. It is better to walk as long as possible.

  4. Step 4

    Spend one day without eating anything. You will clean your body from all the toxins piled in it. Drink water and fruit juice.

Tips & Warnings
  • The first day of your diet is the hardest. When you spend one day on your new feeding schedule, you will feel much better the second day.
  • Add fruits and vegetables in your food.
  • Avoid any meat and milk products as cheese, milk and sweet things for a while.
  • If your health don't allow you extreme diets, don't try the diet. Go out for walks, it always helps.
