How to Quickly Gain Confidence

Do you ever find yourself resisting women that you truly want to meet? Is fear of rejection holding you back? If you would like some tips on how to quickly build confidence, then this article is for you.

• An open-mind
• Patience

1. Visualization- This first step is actually the most important step in this whole process. Every time you see a woman that you are attracted to, you naturally get nervous. It happens to every guy out there, so don't feel bad. The difference between you, and guys that are successful with women, is the capability to get past that nervousness. Visualization takes place in your head, and it needs to be done frequently when your starting out. In detail, visualize yourself seeing a woman your attracted to. Now in your mind, walk up to the woman, and start talking to her. Visualize her liking you, and you two moving to the next step, which maybe you asking her for her phone number. Visualize all of the steps you will take, up until you get whatever it is that you want. Repeat this step, but change the surroundings, as well as the girl. Repeat this step as often as you can.
2. Affirmation- Acknowledging the fact that you are confident. Basically what you need to do is tell yourself(silently in your head) that you are 100% confident. If you can think of any other statements that would help you, go ahead and use them. For example, one Affirmation routine could include: I am 100% confident, Women find me irresistible, I am everything any women could ever want or need. Now you might think this sounds pretty arrogant, but it really isn't. To gain confidence you have to like everything about yourself, and affirming what you want yourself to be will actually turn yourself into what you want to be.
3. Don't Hesitate! Get out into the world and start meeting women. When you find a woman your attracted to, approach her within 3 seconds. Approaching women within the first 3 seconds of seeing them, will prevent you from talking yourself out of it. It will also show confidence. Don't be afraid of rejection, your just finding out if she has good taste. If she doesn't, its her loss. Move on to the next girl.

Tips & Warnings

• Have fun. Either she will want to get to know you more, or she won't. That's all there is to it, so don't add any extra meaning to it.
• Practice. We all know that nothing comes easily. Chances are you will have to get more rejections before you get anywhere with the ladies. Acepting this fact will make it easier for you to handle. When your starting out, keep telling yourself, its just practice.
