Step 1
The most important thing you can do to accomplish ANY goal is to take the first step! Decide what is it that you want to accomplish.

Write your goal down! This is a key for me-- to see it in writing. Make the goal measurable. If it is writing--say I will write 2 pages, or 10 pages a day. If it is cleaning or de-clutttering--I will de-clutter for 15 minutes a day. If it is scrap booking or photography--set a goal that you will work on it 15 minutes a day.

Step 3
Now set a routine that allows you to start on your goal with just 15 minutes a day. SET A TIMER! Get up 15 minutes earlier if you have to, BUT DO IT!

Step 4
Work on your goal for just 15 minutes. I know this sounds like too little time, but be kind to yourself. You can extend your time later. The important thing is to START!

Flylady--How to Do Anything for 15 MinutesA habit develops after 21 days, so make up your mind that you will work on your goal 15 minutes a day for 21 days. You will be amazed at what you can accomplish in 15 minutes!!!!

Step 6
At the end of the 21 days, take an inventory of what you have accomplished. Decide whether to increase your time or set a new goal. Anyone can work for 15 minutes at a time!!!
