Everybody wants to have a nice figure. even if they don't want to admit it. Slim people are more flexible and their health generally is better than overweight people. It is not hard to keep your shape if you want to.

Go outside for short power walks at least twice a day. It might sound impossible, but you can count shopping as a walk. Keep the same, quick walking speed throughout. Walk with a purpose as if you're always in a hurry. Use your lunch break to take a short walk; this will cut down on your eating time.

Tips & Warnings
When you feel hungry, don't snack on sweets or fast food. Slowly drink a half glass of low-fat milk.
