Ever wonder why you never win a raffle? Sure some of it is random, but you'd be surprised how easily you can better your odds.

Things You'll Need:

Raffle entry form
Pen

Step 1

Locate a raffle. Look for those that use individual paper forms as entries, or a business card drop at your local restuarant.
Step 2

Fill out your raffle entry, and be sure to provide an accurate phone number so that you will receive the call that you won without delay.
Step 3

Before you drop your entry in the box or bin, give it a good crumple by holding it in one hand and closing your fingers around it.

Tips & Warnings

You may need repeat step 3 a few times. The goal is to make your paper entry take up as much space in the bin as possible.
Experiment with different techniques depending on the nature and size of the paper entry form. (folding, ripping, accordion style, etc.)
It also helps to be one of the last tickets in the barrel.
This technique obviously doesn't apply to raffles that don't allow you to handle your own entry form (lots of 50/50 raffles are like this)
