Things You'll Need:
- Moisturizer
- Green-tinted concealer or lotion
- Foundation
-
Step 1
Wash your face with a mild cleanser and rinse with lukewarm water. Hot water can aggravate your skin and make a flare-up worse.
-
Step 2
Apply a light moisturizer and allow to dry thoroughly.
-
Step 3
Apply a very thin layer of concealer or green-tinted lotion on areas that are red. Green will neutralize the red, but do not over apply. It will look caked and unnatural.
-
Step 4
Apply foundation as you normally do. Be sure to smooth the foundation over the concealer to make sure it looks natural.
