Do you work at night when you could be at home making dinner with your family. Now your family can have a great meal without you slaving over a hot stove. Crockpot meals are great because they are low maintenance and they taste great!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Crockpot
  • 6 to 8 pork chops
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  1. Step 1

    In a large bowl, mix onion, celery, ketchup, water, lemon juice, brown sugar, worchestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, pepper, & salt together.

  2. Step 2

    Place pork chops in the crockpot.

  3. Step 3

    Pour mixture over the pork chops. Cook on high for 8 to 10 hours.
