How to Stop a Husband From Snooping

Unless it comes to car engines or football scores, men are generally not as curious as women. But that doesn’t mean a husband won’t snoop. To stop a husband from rooting around in his wife’s personal stuff, the key is to add more personal stuff.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Personal sundries
  • Imagination

Step1
Stock up on feminine hygiene items, including things to help with that time of the month, things that help with any kind of imaginable yeast or other problem and other items that make men blush.
Step2
Stealthily place the items in places your husband is sure to snoop. This may be purses, your nightstand, your briefcase and those cute little baskets with cute little lids that seem to serve no purpose whatsoever.
Step3
Wait. If your husband snooped, he’s going to stop once his face turns red and he gets incredibly embarrassed running across such personal stuff he doesn’t even want to know the function of. Either that, or he’ll call the doctor for you thinking something is incredibly wrong.
Step4
Talk to him. You can nonchalantly ask if he’s seen any of the products you bought as a favor for a friend of a friend who was too ashamed to go buy them herself. Gauge his reaction.

Tips & Warnings

  • Dollar stores are good places to stock up on items that may embarrass husbands out of snooping. This way you won’t pay a lot for items you’re not going to use.
  • Since a husband is not going to touch or move any of the items, you can hide anything else beneath them.
  • If the snooping continues or gets worse, the only method may be to confront your husband and ask why he doesn’t trust you.
  • Don’t hide condoms. This will just make snooping, and trust issues, escalate.
  • Never hide money where he can find it. He may take it to buy more car engine parts or think you’re stockpiling to leave him.
