Things You'll Need:
- FOR CARAMEL SAUCE
- brown sugar,packed--1/2 cup
- hard margarine or butter-1/3 cup
- whipping cream-1/3 cup
- vanilla-1/2 tsp.
- FOR CHOCOLATE FUDGE SAUCE
- whipping cream-1/2 cup
- semi- sweet chocolate bar( 3 1/2 oz.) chopped-1
- large marshmallows,chopped-6
- chocolate ice cream, apprximately-3 cups
- medium bananas-6
- whipped cream- 1 1/2 cups
- coarsely chopped macadamia nuts,toasted(dip into chocolate for garnish)-18

Step 1
for the caramel sauce: heat and stir all 4 ingredients in medium saucepan on medium until boiling. Boil, without stirring, for about 5 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Makes about 2/3 cup caramel sauce.

Step 2
for the chocolate fudge sauce: heat and stir whipping cream, chocolate and marshmallow in medium saucepan on medium until smooth. Makes about
1 cup fudge sauce. -
Step 3
In each of six 1 1/2 cup float glasses or wine goblets, layer as follows:
1. 1 scoop ice cream
2. 1/2 banana,sliced
3. 1 1/2 tbsp. caramel sauce
4. 2 tbsp. whipped cream
5. 1 tbsp. macadamia nuts
6. 1 scoop ice cream
7. 1/2 banana,sliced
8. 2 1/2 tbsp. chocolate fudge sauce
9. 2 tbsp. whipped cream
10. 1tbsp. macadamia nuts
GARNISH EACH WITH 3 CHOCOLATE DIPS. MAKES 6 SUNDAES
