Breaking up is painful but it is even more nerve-wrecking when two people goes back and forth in a relationship that is a emotional roller coaster ride. If you want to get off that ride for good, here are some ways end things for good.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Step1
The partner doesn't change. As a matter of fact, in an up and down relationship, most people doesn't change no matter what they are saying otherwise to keep you 'happy'. If his/her actions proved to be the opposite, it's time to go.
Step2
If you want stability, find it. A relationship should be solid--we all know there are high and low points in a relationship but when things is inconsistent and the significant other can't cherish what the two is suppose to sharing, let it go. You can find someone better.
Step3
If your significant other keeps breaking up and crawling back to you, it will continue to be a never ending pattern unless you put a stop to it. If you want respect, make sure you do not feed into their bs any longer.
Step4
Reclaim your power. No one is in control of your life but you so if you want a different outcome, stand your ground.

Tips & Warnings

  • Get rid of that comfort zone you call an boyfriend or girlfriend and date others. You will find it quite refreshing to be with someone new for a change.
  • Never fall into the trap into calling them to see how things are going.
  • Avoid reminiscing of how things used to be and remind yourself how things really were. Don't try to get back together as the relationship will only crumbled sooner or later. There are too many holes in a relationship to repair.
