Spaghetti sauce – from a jar or make your own
2 boxes Lumache shells (large sea shell pasta)
2 lbs. ground beef, browned
1 large package shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 small package shredded Mozzar
Step1
Mix eggs and Ricotta cheese.
Step2
Then add all other ingredients. If not moist enough, add one or two more eggs.
Step3
Cook lumache shells according to package directions. Drain on cloth dish towel.
Step4
Fill shells with meat mixture.
Step5
Cover bottom of both 9 x 13 pans with spaghetti sauce. Put single layer of shells in each pan and cover with more sauce.
Step6
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Yields: Two 9 x 13 pans.
